Located in the unique community of Cascade Ridge, this home offers amazing views, all the amenities, plus access to the private Lodge. The main level has vaulted ceilings and is an open floor plan that connects the great room, dining room, and kitchen areas. The master bedroom is located on the main level and features its own gas fireplace. The ensuite master bathroom has a steam shower and jet tub. The lower level includes a second master with a king bed and ensuite bath. There are also two bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have ensuite baths. The lower level media area has a sectional with a full sized pull-out mattress for additional sleeping space. This home sleeps up to 12 people. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, pantry, and a generous sized island with 4 stools. There is also a propane grill on the back deck. It is perfectly located steps away from Cascade Ridge's private Lodge which includes amenities such as ski in/out access, ski lockers, boot dryers, heated indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, game room, library, great room, and complimentary beer and wine bar open at 4pm. Rental of the home includes full access to the Lodge. The clubhouse which is 1 house away is a huge bonus for adults or children. You can walk in the snow with flip flops it’s so close and go in the outdoor pool and hot tub . The house also has its own private hottub . Fireplace is gorgeous and we cooked all our meals here. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, well maintained and comfortable furniture. The Lodge was a frequently used feature - great to have that so close for games, drinks, pool/hottub/gym, ski lockers, and a “third space”. Property manager was helpful to introduce me to someone for baby rentals, and lodge staff was super helpful and friendly. Ski out was very easy - green circles, suitable for my six year old. Skiing back was easy navigation wise, but takes a little momentum on some of the cat tracks. Also green circle skiing on the way back. The lifts to ski back are dated - wouldn’t put small children on them without an adult (no bars on lifts). The road up to the development is steep. We enjoyed the big living room and fireplace and the kitchen was set up nicely for a large group. The hot tub at the house was perfect for an after ski soak. The bedrooms were all well apointed and comfortable. Our group especially enjoyed the private lodge in the afternoons. It was great to stop in after skiing for a beer and a game of pool or to use the bigger hot tub and meet new people. We would not hesitate booking this poroperty again! Andrea was constantly available in person or by text for anything we needed, and she was thoughtful enough to proactively think of things we might need before we realized we needed them.
