Loved sitting outside the morning by the fire pit! We also very much appreciated the "chore free check out". However, communication with the team was challenging- I had requested an early check in and they told me they were "waiting for confirmation from their local team." I took this to mean an early check in was possible, so we planned our day accordingly. I kept following up and getting the exact same response and no early check in ever materialized- if they hadn't intended to let us check in early, I would have appreciated if they had just said no to my initial request as we would have done things differently. Then when we finally showed up to check in, all the instructions and codes we were given were wrong. Luckily we figured it out, but that added an additional layer of frustration to the day. ##### Kristin B.
