At Lookout On Long Beach, there's no shortage of activities to enjoy, whether it's swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water. Should you wish to explore beyond this idyllic retreat, you're just a short 15-minute drive from the vibrant offerings of Marathon and a scenic 45-minute journey from the captivating allure of Key West. Your dream Florida Keys getaway begins here at Lookout On Long Beach! SLEEPS MAXIMUM OF 6 GUESTS: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, En-Suite Bathroom, Smart TV (no cable/satellite TV) Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Smart TV (no cable/satellite TV) Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Living Room: Sofa, Loveseat, Two Chairs, Smart TV (no cable/satellite TV) Kitchen: Nicely equipped (all things necessary to prepare and serve a meal) AMENITIES: \- 100' of Seawall (10-15' deep at seawall, 4-6' deep in channel) \- Charcoal BBQ Grill \- Parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles (including boat trailers) on the property. Recreational Vehicles may not be parked on the property. \- Linen's and towels provided IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY: For Sale: This property is currently listed for sale, and guest bookings are limited to stays with check-out dates within the next 90 days. Age & Occupancy: The booking tenant must be 25 years or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the stay. This property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and not for worker housing. Peak Season Monthly Bookings: All bookings from December through March must be for the entire month, starting at the beginning and ending at the end of the month.
