If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet. The fenced backyard with basketball and volleyball was great to send kids out to play with no worries! Beds and baths were very clean and comfortable. Only two negatives……. SoCal vacations never sent me any communication regarding check in. I left two messages and an email never returned. Finally called the emergency number to get ahold of someone. I had to call them four hours before check into find out were to go. The ladies were very nice and accommodating just poor communication from the office in general. Also, the house could invest in some newer cleaning appliances. Vacuum didn’t work at all, broom was broken. Two coffee pots, one did not work, the other was very old and dirty. One dish towel in kitchen. No blow dryer in and bathroom. When you have a lot of people and kids it’s nice to be able to occasionally sweep or vacuum the crumbs from the floor or wipe down counters and tables with a cleaning product. Overall we would rent again in a heartbeat due to the location and design and space of the house. ##### Kelli K. The property was amazing. The adults loved relaxing inside while the kids played in the backyard in the snow. Everything was great and couldn’t have asked for a better property.
