Property management was easy to get a hold of (minor dishwasher draining issue). They came and fixed it. Not the most updated townhouse, and a bit loud when people are walking upstairs in the living room area (creaking heard loudly in the bedrooms downstairs)—so maybe not ideal for light sleepers. But we actually brought a white noise machine reading the other reviews about that issue, so that helped a lot. Overall an easy stay. ##### E S. The upstairs is very creaky and makes lots of noise in the bedrooms downstairs. Any movement upstairs keeps people awake downstairs. The upstairs is colder than the downstairs. This triggers the heater to come on, which makes the downstairs too hot. We had to remove some pieces of paper from the heating vent to eliminate noise. We ended up turning off the heater. The dishes had been put away wet and some of the pans were dirty. The garbage disposal was broken. After two calls to the office, the property manager came out to look at it, but could not fix it. The microwave oven was also broken. There was a separate microwave that could be used, but the broken microwave was above the stove and the handle and uncleaned vent fell on top of the stove while we were cooking. The water pressure in one of the bathroom sinks was so low that we could not use the sink. We shared the sink in the other bathroom. The kitchen could benefit from some basics like a regular size measuring cup, measuring spoons and dishwashing soap, especially since guests are required to wash dishes before departing. We also had to remove at least five large spiders. This unit is close to the trash bins, so there's some added noise during the day and night from people taking out trash. ##### Jennifer M.
