Decorated with high end mountain decor this 4 bedroom 3 bath cabin is sure to delight the whole family. "FREE WiFi" \-Guest must be 21 or over to book \-Max 8 Guests including children and infants \-Max 4 Cars \* Please note that check in and out times are 10am & 4pm November-March and 11am & 3pm April-October Two separate living rooms both with fireplaces and flat screen TVs. Open great room is upstairs, with family room downstairs. There's a nice deck off the great room with barbecue & outdoor dining and a large fenced backyard with new horseshoe pit and spa to enjoy outdoor activities. Large game room will entertain the whole gang for hours. Featuring a new 4 person arcade game with all the popular games to excite every age group. Game room also has a 65" flat screen TV with quality sound bar stereo featuring cable TV, DVD/Blu-ray player and Play Station 3 with many popular games. No loud parties after 10 pm Check-In requires confirmation of photo I.D. and signature of rental agreement. We will send you a text message the day prior to your arrival to the phone number you provided on your reservation. Check-In will be with a Check-In agent at our office located at Bear Valley Lock &Key 477 S Eureka Drive Big Bear Lake, CA 92315\. The Check-In agent will give you entry instructions and answer any questions you may have about the property. No renters under the age 21\. No smoking indoors. Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported. Firewood is not provided for guest use. Guests are required to take their trash to the clean Big Bear trash site. (address provided) If you leave trash at the property you will be charged per bag, trash fee. No beer, wine, lotions, grease, or dirt in the Jacuzzi/spa. If the spa is abused and water needs to be drained and filled you will be charged $75 drain and fill fee. Guest Services calls after 10 pm are for emergencies only. Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. When available late checkout fee is $75, due after you check in at the property. Rules to Vacation by Do not exceed the occupancy limit Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No parking in street or yard Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7\. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take your furry friend with you Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite unless there are commercial trash bins at your property (condo). Clean Bear trash locations: 41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Consequences Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. Empty propane tanks and stains on the quilts. When i went to wash there was already bedding in the dryer, I just decided to wash at home. These were the negatives on this place. The Game Room was a lot of fun and this place is spacious! I appreciated all the fans because it was a little warm and they saved us! I'd say this is a fun relaxing place as there are no tvs in the bedrooms. I really wanted to roast marshmallows but the tank was empty and it was too late to go out. Overall i would stay here again because the location is great. I feel like the things that needed to be fixed were easy fixes, but did inconvenience us a bit. ##### Lucie B. Great outdoor space, lots of bedrooms, and awesome game room that was very family friendly. Only wish would be that the other common areas were a little larger, but other than that, this house is perfect. Location is great too, close to lake activities and the village. Property management staff were all very nice, accommodating, and helpful. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the pool room, games and outdoor. The kitchen and dining room were smaller than expected, we enjoyed the outdoor deck for a BBQ and dinner. I did like the three different living area's which would be great if you are traveling with several couples/or teenagers - one downstairs with TV, Pool Room with activities for kids, and upstairs kitchen/dining room/TV room. I give this property 4 stars as it's starting to show some wear from being a rental, however the Property Manager was Great ,and home was very clean and comfortable. ##### Patti K.
