Heaters downstairs worked well in autumn, & showers had good pressure. The backyard doesn't have much privacy for the hot tub, but that might bother everyone. We didn't stay upstairs but it looked clean & cozy. VRBO/owner wouldn't let me skip rating the ski experience, but it was autumn, there was no snow, & I don't ski.
