Several items need to be addressed. 1st, the Jacuzzi was not working, one of the main reasons we booked this house. Very disappointing! 2nd, dishes in the cupboards were very dirty, food still on them, grease, etc. We cleaned all the dishes/utensils we used and put away. 3rd, because the Jacuzzi was usable, we tried to use the in-house spa for the grandchildren. Black flakes came out of the jets "mold, mildew, body oil, ect" that's what causes that.We ran the unit with dish soap and some vinegar "that's what's is suggested". it partially worked. I used it, but my wife didn't feel comfortable enough to let the grand kids use it. Note: The in-house spas need to be disinfected with actual spa disinfectant every few months to prevent this issue. 4th, the electric outlets closest to the dresser and door in the main bedroom are not working. 5th, 1 stool at the kitchen counter is very loose, "unusable". 6th, each day at 11am the heater turns itself down to 50\. When you come back from an outing and the house is freezing, you don't want to wait until the house warms back up to take your jacket off. Note: Disable the automatic heater while guest are using the house. 7th, both propane tanks were empty. We didn't plan on using them but I just wanted you to know for the next guess. Again, the house is beautiful, but it was a huge disappointment for my kids,grand kids and myself that we were unable to use the Jacuzzi. ##### jim a.
