There’s also ample space for your four-legged friends, as pets are welcome Believe it or not, finding a free spot to go snow sledding in Big Bear can be a challenge. However, right behind our cabin, nestled in the forest, you'll discover numerous perfect spots for sledding. The best part? Since there's no public parking, it’s never crowded. The only people who have access are those staying in the surrounding homes, ensuring a peaceful and private sledding experience. The property offers parking for up to two cars in the driveway, with additional space for visitors. Please note that street parking is not allowed during the winter months due to city regulations. For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and a selection of cleaning supplies. Additionally, Snow Summit Ski Resort is just a 10-minute drive, offering more winter sports options. Parking is easy, with space for two cars in the driveway. The nearest shuttle pick up is at bear mountain ski resort, a 5 min walk away, this Trolly shuttle is also free. Cycling: The area is also bike-friendly. There are some of the best official big bear designated mountain biking trails right behind the house in the forest also the official big bear bike path starts right down the street in front of the Zoo about a 4 min ride away, this path takes you all around the lake. Communication with the host was great as well. It was quite off putting that they wanted to charge me to check in an hour early when the house was available. I work for a company that manages 34 resorts and while the check in time is at 4pm, if a guest arrives early we would never make them sit outside the resort and wait to check in or charge them if their room is ready. Our priority is to accommodate the guest. I have also never experienced this at any other VRBO and I rent anywhere between 4 - 6 VRBO's per year. Again, this was very off putting. ##### Meaghan F.
