Our host, Cameron, was very responsive to all my questions. Thoughtful amenities such as board games, space heaters and extra blankets and pillows were all included. Very well maintained and clean upon arrival. The pathway to the property is up a VERY steep hill. Easy parking space. If it snows/ices, you NEED snow chains. Our rental SUV could not make that climb. This was NOT the host’s fault as it states clearly in the description to have snow chains. 7 min walk to an easy, short hiking trail (Briarcone). 10 min drive to Snow Summit ski resort (we didn’t go to Big Bear but I believe that one is even closer to the property). 5 stars, we would chose to stay here again for sure! ##### Anne R.
