Please note, visitors access the cabin via two sets of stairs. The stairs have traction strips, a secure railing, and are well lit.  
Guest access  
There is a driveway that can fit 3 vehicles depending on their size. There is absolutely no street parking on the road per city code.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:  
  
Check-in time is 5pm, and check-out time is 10am. Please note that these times are strictly enforced, and that arriving before 5pm or checking out after 10am without prior approval is against our policies. You may contact us the morning of your arrival to see if an early check-in is possible. Please note that we open and inspect all our properties the day of your arrival to ensure the home is ready for arrival; however, early check-ins can dramatically affect our quality assurance program. Our openers/inspectors cannot perform their normal duties if you have already entered the property. Please call the day of your departure to see if a late check-out is possible (up to 12pm), we cannot approve any late check-outs prior to your check-out day. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Should you be granted a late checkout, please be sure to adhere to the agreed time. This is so our housekeeping service can prepare the home for the next guest, which may be just a few hours after you depart. If you’re not granted a late check out and you’re not out of the house there will be a $125 fee per hour you stay past the check out time.  
  
No early check-ins/late check-outs are available during the winter peak season or holidays.  
  
AMENITIES, REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE:  
  
Plan to bring everything you may need outside of furnishings, dishes, utensils, bath towels, linens, blankets, pillows, etc. We also provide limited amounts of cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, a few trash bags, etc. Our home is equipped with basic kitchen utensils and appliances. Basic pots, pans, dishes, silverware are provided, and limited condiments are available. Due to the wildlife and nature setting, it is recommended that no food is left out, both inside and outside. This will reduce unwelcomed pests or wildlife.  
  
We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVs/VCRs/DVD Players, stereo equipment, or pools/spas. Please report any inoperative equipment to us promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. If you demonstrate that the problem persists after being given phone instructions, a maintenance service professional will be dispatched. NO REFUNDS OR RENT REDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OF UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS OR CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA. WHILE WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER, IT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE FIXED DURING A GUEST STAY, AS THE COMPANY MAY HAVE TO GO THROUGH HOME WARRANTIES. Modern Vacay will always look for alternative solutions to ensure and prioritize guest comfort.

We had a wonderful stay! Moonridge is one of my favorite places to visit; it's peaceful and secluded, yet still conveniently close to the city. The cabin looked even more impressive in person, and we could see the lake from the parking area. Our kids absolutely loved it, especially the game room, which had plenty of activities (though the arcade machine was out of order). The decor was lovely, and I particularly enjoyed the layout of the kitchen and balcony. My only suggestion would be for improved communication from the host. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

#### Great vacation home

We had a great time staying at this property. It had many things all of the family could enjoy doing together and it had a secluded feel to it! I would definitely recommend and come back!
