Large windows let in the perfect amount of natural lighting for relaxing inside on one of the two large sofas. This home is equipped with all the amenities of home and will make you want to come back again and again. The living room has a 5 person wrap around sofa directly infront of both a flat screen TV and the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basic essentials. There is a 6 person dinner table and a bar/counter top for an additional 3 people. Take the spiral staircase up to the loft where there is an additional living room with a 6 person wrap around sofa and Flat screen TV. The back deck has the perfect lounge chairs for enjoying the fresh mountain air and hot tub! BBQ out on the back deck and enjoy the fresh air! Bedroom 1: (upstairs) has a Queen size bed Bedroom 2: has a Queen size bed Bedroom 3: The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, full bath, and access to the back deck. Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported. Firewood is not provided for guest use. Guests are required to take their trash to the clean Big Bear trash site. (address provided) If you leave trash at the property you will be charged per bag, trash fee. No beer, wine, lotions, grease, or dirt in the Jacuzzi/spa. If the spa is abused and water needs to be drained and filled you will be charged $75 drain and fill fee. Guest Services calls after 10 pm are for emergencies only. Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. When available late checkout fee is $75, due after you check in at the property. Rules to Vacation by Do not exceed the occupancy limit Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. No parking in street or yard Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take your furry friend with you Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite unless there are commercial trash bins at your property (condo). Clean Bear trash locations: 41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Consequences Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. The listing for this unit is inaccurate: couch bed broken, air mattress broken, seating for three in main room, not five as listed. No lighter, insufficient silverware, insufficient blankets, stove only heats to 350, dishwasher broken. Great location, easy check in, very clean. But listing it as sleeping for eight is not accurate. It sleeps six and seats six at kitchen table. Communication with owner was not satisfactory and in fact terse and unhelpful. Séjour de 3 nuits en décembre 2022 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Teresa K., San Clemente 31 déc. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Overall Good The hot tub didn't work the first two days we were there which was bothersome as it was one of the main reasons for selecting the house. The house heater blows extremely hot and the distribution isn't great which made it difficult for everyone to sleep in the different rooms. The house only has 6 forks and 1 teaspoon. The kitchen needs an update on these necessary items. The driveway is pretty steep which made it tricky to park but once we parked in the garage the kids enjoyed sledding down the driveway. The house is at the end of the street so there was little to no traffic. The property manager has excellent communication. She responded quickly every time I asked a question or reported an issue. I will say the check-in process is a little unnecessary. We had to check in at the property manager only go be given a code for a lockbox at the house. They don't want you to check in at the property manager office till after 4 which means you don't get to the house until 4:15-4:30. You should be able to go straight to the house and receive the code the day of arrival. Any additional paperwork could be signed electronically. ##### Teresa K. Only thing is...there wasn’t any hot water when showering. & I mean NONE! So that was a disaster. & when making food, we noticed the blender wasn’t working. Other than that, we all had a dope time. Our only issues were ants, and a wasp hive located at rear corner of home (which is where the master bedroom is). We could hear a scratching noise from the corner, and when I checked in the morning I saw wasps entering and exiting the wall just under the eaves. The property manager sent out a guy who sprayed it, but by that night it was the same. They need to get an actual pest control out to take care of it properly. Other than that, great location and amenities as advertised. ##### Don T.
