Magical Boulder Bay cottage within a picturesque setting. Come and enjoy this property with lots of outdoor space for year-round enjoyment. Located in the desirable area of town, close to all that Big Bear has to offer! Just a short drive to the Village, restaurants, shopping, and ski slopes. Enjoy a quick stroll to the lake and the beautiful Boulder Bay Park from this fantastic location. Close to National Forest hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 800+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, TV, cozy brick gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, fireplace, and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV with cable and streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Keep yourself warm by the cozy fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Overall nice s.shore location.1.9 mile walk to village/ easy access to trails, on both south and north shores.Fully fenced yard which is a bonus for anyone with pets/ small children. Nice 1story home 1 step to enter great if carrying stuff. Well stocked with most essentials in kitchen/bathrooms. We would recommend this home.
