I loved that they made it easy to find food by having a pamphlet on the table of my room of recommended places. As well as activities to do near by. I dont ever see that and I thought that was low effort but extremely nice and considerate.

This place was the CLEANEST I have ever stayed at. Clean everywhere, the unit, pool, lobby, game room, gym. I will definitely stay there again.

The property is right next to the village with all the restaurants and shops, and a short walk from the marina. The view from the 3rd floor (room 203) was nice. Front desk staff was super helpful.

Birthday Surprise
We were all pleasantly surprised with the grounds and condo. Everything looks new, very modern and clean. It was walking distance to the restaurants and shops. We stayed in May so the weather was great. The only draw back was that I could hear the noise from the unit above us in my room. I could hear them getting ready to leave in the morning.

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN BIG BEAR HANDS DOWN!!!
These rooms are huge! Everyone who works at this property are the nicest people we’ve ever met! Check in process was a breeze and they have great hot cocoa and coffee while you wait. We had the 3 bedroom unit and it came with our own 2 car garage! The place is so nice and there is soooo much space it’s awesome. Our patio door opened to a gas bbq grill and 15 feet from the pool and spa which are both heated! There was a fireplace in one of the bedrooms and living room and the oversized tubs were gigantic! I can’t say enough about this property we had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back!

We always enjoy our stay, we like the property amenities and the staff is very nice and accommodating. The property was icey in most places, the floor in the room was not cleaned, the dishwasher was not secure and the wires were out, and the garage door opener did not work. Although the property was discouraging we looked past it so we could just enjoy our vacation.

I like that it's gated and within walking distance to the village. Didn't like going around Halloween, too busy. I usually go mid October so will stick with that time frame.

Best place to stay in Big Bear Lake !
Arrived early and was able to check in, the staff was super nice and made check in a breeze, we stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath super spacious and modern, nice clean kitchen, washer and dryer, easy walk to the village, by far my favorite place I've ever stayed at in Big Bear Lake can't wait to book another trip here.

Location is perfect. Nice size rooms. Beds were a bit hard for my taste, and the walls are very thin. Could hear the neighbors walking, and unfortunately we had some loud music party animal neighbors. Other than that, loved parking in a warm garage, loved walking into the village, wish we would have made time to use the game room. Definitely would stay again.
