Our stay in this cabin was great, super cozy in a quiet mountain community. We did have a couple of issues. The cabin was not cleaned throughly as we found what appeared to be pieces of a broken mug, marshmallows, and crumbs on the floor. The floors were dirty as were the carpets. There was also hair in the shower. Another issue was with the heater turning on at night. The thermostat was offline which resulted in us having to call late at night for maintenance to come out to shut it off. We reported our concerns and were told someone would contact us to compensate us for these inconveniences, however, no call yet. Overall, it was a great stay. The company who manages the cabin did communicate well and responded promptly to my messages. Although, we never heard back after our departure regarding the issues we encountered which was disappointing. ##### Vanessa W.
