STARGAZER with its vaulted ceilings and windows is perched high for the ultimate in view and privacy while bringing the outdoors to your bedside. Back to the edge of the forest, it's just steps away from intoxicating scenery, sledding slopes, and hiking trails. A short ride away is Big Bear Lake, the ski resorts and the Village for everything you need. We love pets, but we ask that you keep them off the furniture and supervised during your stay and leave your pets in a crate when away from the cabin,
$60 pet fee per dog during stay (2 dog max) no cats. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. However visitors are allowed between the hours of 7am and 10pm

Pets: As a reminder, there is a $60 pet fee per dog (max 2). Please keep dogs off furniture and beds and in a crate if you leave the premises. Always keep dogs close by and on leash at all times.

Trash: Trash breakdown: (Black Cart) Please only include household trash, food taste, food containers, animal waste (bagged), lightweight plastics and styrofoam, & clothing.

(Blue cart) Flattened cardboard, paper & paperboard, newspaper & magazines, aluminum, tin & lightweight metals, glass bottles & jars & cartons.

(Non accepted curbside) Electronics or batteries, dirt, rock, constructive debris, & hazardous waste

Fireplace: complimentary bundle of wood is provided per stay.

Thermostat: Set to desired temperature and back to 65° when check out

Kitchen Cleanup: Kitchen is to be cleaned after meals, inclusive of washing and putting away the dishes that you use during your stay to avoid additional cleaning fees.

BBQ: Please clean the grill and turn off the valve on the propane tank after using the BBQ to avoid additional cleaning and propane refill charges of $100.

Spa: Please rinse off before using Spa (prevents oil and makeup build up).Turn spa up to desired temperature and back to 95 when finished. If water is murky, we will have to do a dump and fill which will be $175 extra charge. In addition, please make sure the spa cover is sealed and clipped tightly.

Snow Removal: Shovel and salt are provided per property. Please use it accordingly. Plow services will come during or after 3” of snow.
