Come and Enjoy the huge back yard for some fun snow play. Nice back deck with patio furniture and Propane BBQ to just sit outside and enjoy the mountain fresh air. Escape to the mountains and cozy up at our Pet Friendly -Knotty Pine Tavern . Spacious home for a group of Seven. Perfect place to unwind after a full day of exporing the best that Big Bear Lake has to offer. Only 10-15 mins away from ski slopes and Big Bear Village. Why pay to stay at a hotel ! Knotty Pines has a fully stocked kitchen, with gas stove/oven and a full size refrigerator. Spacious cozy livingroom with a fireplace and a smart tv to relax after an adventurous day in the mountains. Best of all, Huge back yard to play in the snow during the winter. Guest will be given check in instructions via text message. Noise Control Ordinance Quite time 10:00 p.m - 7: 00 a.m. Throughout Big Bear We welcome all our guest and will go above and beyond to make your stay an enjoyable one. We only ask for the following for you to have successful and memorable stay: Guest booking the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be present with a valid ID at check-in time. No Events 7 Max Occupancy - 2 Max Vehicles: If over occupancy you run the risk of being evicted and No Refunds will be issued. NO SMOKING: If we discover there was a smoking of any kind you will be charged an additonal $500.00 for cleaning. Dec 31, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Big Bear 2024 It was the perfect cabin for our family of two adults, three kids, and two dogs. The fencing yard was such a bonus for letting the dogs run around freely. And we were right near a walking trail for the dogs to go with us for a walk. The upstairs bonus room was great fun for the kids. And they loved all sleeping in the same room and being able to watch TV to wind down. The kitchen is very small. But we managed to cook everything we needed to cook in it. The wood burning stove was awesome and we had brought wood to put in it.
