We were locked in and had to go around and use the back door to open the front door from outside. this is a big safety issue. if there was a fire in the kitchen we would be stuck. 2\. the toilet lever needs replacing 3\. the chairs in the dining room needs tightening or replacing 4\. you're either too hot or too cold. the heater doesn't really work. 5\. the power for the entire house was cut at 2:10 in the morning one night. that meant that there was not heat to the house. and by the way there is no heater vents upstairs. i appreciate the space heaters though. 6\. thank you for the shovels. it did snow throughout the night. it was nice to have these to shed the snow off the trucks. 7\. the rugs need deep cleaning. none of the kids wanted to even sit on the floor. 8\. careful with the hot water in the shower. it's scalding. you constantly have to mess with the valves. This was an older cabin, so the amenities were not up to date. There is no washer/dryer and only the downstairs heater works. We arrived in winter and it was COLD upstairs at night. They have a few blankets, but not enough. The children were cold the two nights we were there. Also, the couch and one of the beds upstairs are broken. A previous review stated that the bed was broken, but apparently it has not been fixed. The cabin itself is nice and spacious and located on the other side of the lake by the airport.
