Two Story, Fenced Yard, Spa, Pet Friendly, 1/4 Block to National Forest Hiking & Biking Trails, 3 miles to Ski Resort on North Shore 2 Bedroom, +Loft, 2 Bath, Sleeps 6-, North Shore, Big Bear Lake Walk to forest trails, 1/4 block from the Cabin. This is a very cozy two story cabin, recently remodeled with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms + Loft on the North Shore side of Big Bear Lake offering 1100 sq. ft. The entry level offers a mudroom at entrance, for storing ski equipment, etc., that opens into the Living Room offering wood floors, wood-burning rock fireplace, large flat screen TV, with DVD player and attached Dining area with a Queen Murphy Bed. The Kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with a center island for dining to seat 6-8 guests, Stainless Steel appliances, offering sliding glass door access to nice large deck, fenced back yard and hot tub to seat 6 comfortably. Also on this level is one Bedroom with a Queen bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom. The upper level has 2 adjoining Bedrooms that can be closed off to make a private bedroom however they are attached by the same wall. The 1st Bedroom has a Queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV and door access to a balcony that overlooks the back yard. There is also a full Bathroom on this level. The property is fenced and the back yard is fenced separately for the dogs. This cabin is easy to access in the winter months with plenty of level parking and space for the kids to play in the snow. In the summer months there is a horse shoe pit! The cabin has been recently remodeled with wood floors, updated bathrooms, new carpet and new furnishings. Also offers Cable TV, WiFi, 4 Flat Screen TV's, Pet Friendly with a Fenced Yard, Level Parking for 3+ Cars, Boat and/or RV Parking and Wood-Burning Fireplace. Accommodates 6 Guests. The water was partially cold during our stay. I called and I was told to that never happened before, then got a call back and was told to reset the water heater and after I called back to say it still wasn't working I was told they called a plumber. Only to get another call back to tell me to unplug the water heater and reset it. When we checked in we were told to bring the trash to dumpster where we return the keys. When we checked out I was told the dumpster might be full and if it is I have to take the trash with me. I will be asking for money back for this stay. ##### Cindy Y.
