You will be staying in a beautiful and modern 5-room semi-detached house with a total area of 160 m2 spread across 3 levels. The first level features a cozy living room with digital TV and an exit to the garden, as well as an open kitchen fully equipped with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, with a dining nook and an exit to the garden. There is also a shower/bidet/WC on this level. The lower ground floor is an open living area with a dining table and TV, perfect for spending time together. The upper floor has 2 double beds and 1 x 2 bunk beds, accommodating up to 8 guests, along with a shower/bidet/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities such as gas heating, air-conditioning, a washing machine, children's high chair, and a baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free) is available throughout the house, and reserved parking for 2 cars is included. You can also relax and enjoy the panoramic view from the deck chairs or have a barbecue with friends and family.  
  
Other Information  
This is a non-smoking house, and only 1 pet/dog is allowed. You will have a private entrance to the house, ensuring complete privacy during your stay.
