"I didn't see the notice on the hostel site that requires 48 hours notice to check in at a remote location so I was not able to use my reservation and lost my money. Travelers using this hostel should be able to use a phone in Belarus and have the ability to comply with the off site check in requirements."

"Central location, walking distance to most sites. Fun and friendly atmosphere. Some clerks we’re helpful and friendly, some were not so courteous and with little knowledge to offer tourists. The mattress was pretty uncomfortable, my back hurt after staying there :( "

"Good breakfast spread. Staff helpful. I had issues for late check out as American credit cards didn’t work. They only take Belarus roubles which was not helpful as I have only US dollars. The staff also not knowledgeable about registration process required by Belarus for tourists staying over 5 days. The registration can be done online and I was told that Hotels should be able to help tourists But Hampton by Hilton at Minsk Ciry center didn’t know the process. Impeovementd: They should find a way to accept American credit cards, the staff should be trained in tourist registration process and they should accept US Dollars for payment. "
