The estuary village of Instow, with its sandy beach and waterside eateries, and the golden sands and surf of Westward Ho! can be reached within 3 miles. The picturesque fishing village of Appledore is approximately 4 miles from the property, offering colourful streets, galleries and excellent places to eat. Walkers will also enjoy easy access to the South West Coast Path, approximately half a mile away, offering miles of spectacular coastal scenery and breathtaking sea views. The Tarka Trail, a traffic-free cycling/walking path, can be easily accessed within 300 metres. Combining town, coast, and countryside, this is an excellent base for exploring North Devon.
