"It’s in a nice area, room was clean only thing the water didn’t get hot but staff was notified. The staff was friendly and helpful . Lots of convenient shopping areas on 16th street. Wi- fi worked fine"

"Staff is rude. Gave me a key to a room that was occupied. They were rude at the coffee bar, tried to get a coffe and the staff was so busy chatting it up I had to wait 15 mins. Additionally I tried to get just a water and was told they were “closed” so I had to go to to the restaurant just to have the host go to the bar that was ”closed” to get it. Ridiculous. "

"Location is decent . It’s a little bit of a jaunt to stuff that you want to do, but it is a short lift or car ride to really anywhere. I think the price reflects that. Decent fitness room and indoor pool small but nice no hot tub. Breakfast seemed standard not great . Overall good hotel "

"No real staff on duty. No way to get extra blankets or pillows. Room was so crowded and cramped. A small couch instead of a tiny loveseat would have been better. "

"Drake at the front desk was great! Made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. He was kind and welcoming. We needed a humidifier which he accommodated very quickly. Very clean place and great restaurant!"
