OLDARRA 1 - In Biarritz, large residence located on the heights of Biarritz, Larochefoucauld district, a stone's throw from the Saint Charles district, 1.5 km from the city center and the beaches and in the immediate vicinity of Anglet and its beautiful beaches. Modern studio classified 2 stars with balcony on the 4th floor of a residence with elevator.  
  
It consists of a beautiful living room including a living area with a double sofa bed in 120, and a dining area with a beautiful open kitchen fully equipped with counter, all opening onto a large furnished balcony overlooking the park, then a bathroom - separate WC.  
  
The essentials of this property: free Wi-Fi access and a parking space to fully enjoy your stay.  
  
Ideal for a vacation with family or friends, you will appreciate this property in particular for its pleasant exterior and its parking space allowing everything on foot thanks to the bus near Biarritz and Anglet.  
  
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and a deposit by credit card.  
  
Please note: household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price.
