In a quiet and peaceful area, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees that spread this great property part of which was converted into 2 semi attaches cottages. This is the place conducive to relaxation and rest, an invitation to immerse you in the heart of nature with many walks, including the nearby Parc Régional du Haut Languedoc known for its hiking trails. Nearby is also a base of water sports. And to satisfy history lovers, simply venturing into the nearby medieval villages known for their Circulade. This cottage, 72 m², is comfortably furnished for 4 people with a private terrace facing the sunset. The views over the surrounding countryside are outstanding. The pool area, to share, is quiet, a few dozen meters from the cottage and into nature. The 9m x 6.5m pool has an American beach ideal for small children with 0.20m of water up to 1.70m deep. Protected by an alarm, the pool is open between early May and mid October. The decoration of the house is very neat and tasteful. The combination of building materials like stones and wood and warm colors give a lot of charm, character and usability. Ground floor: large living room of 35 m² with living room, kitchen and dinner. On 1st floor: 1 room with bed 160, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with toilet. Open views over the surrounding hills. The owner speaks English. Manque d’entretien général et hôte désagréable : - toiles d’araignée partout dans la maison - ampoules HS non remplacées - douche bouchée - lunettes des toilettes et patère cassés - plaids qui recouvrent les canapés sont sales et non lavés entre les locations (sympa en période Covid) - mauvaise literie, les ressorts sortent de plusieurs matelas - vaisselle dépareillée et hors d’âge, planche à découper fendue - 2 télécommandes HS , les piles avaient coulés dedans et aucun remplacement - guide sur giteur avec des articles de 2007, rien de récent - dois-je même parler de la piscine, non entretenue, eau trouble et algues sur les parois, 50 guêpes mortes qui flottent à la surface et 2x plus qui rôdent autour, impossible de se baigner sans se faire piquer - je suis restée 24h sans gaz avec mes enfants (bonbonne vide en plein diner), l’hôte n’ayant pas jugé urgent de me ravitailler… J’ai prévenu l’agence France Sweet Villa qui s’occupe de la location et qui visiblement, n’en a rien à faire et me traite de menteuse (alors que j’ai envoyé des photos). Maison hyper équipée, rien ne manque et nous avons pu bénéficier pendant ces vacances d'espace, de calme pour un repos attendu. Pour les amateurs de 4X4, superbes promenades à faire. Paysage encore plus beau que sur les photos. Propriétaire disponible, chaleureux et nous ayant fait partager sa passion du vin. Nous sommes tous rentrés avec des bouteilles de sa production.
