Unwind in the jetted bathtub or relax in the living room with cozy fireplace and 3 reclining chairs. This enjoyable retreat offers AC, heating, WiFi, ceiling fans, two washers and dryer. Guests can rest in the 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 sofa beds. Enjoy your time on the Nature Coast at our fabulous house located on a park like setting. Bring your furry babies too because we have a fully fenced in doggie run and wash station/utility sink in the garage. Plenty of parking for boats, trailers and RV’s. Guests will have full access (including double garage door access) to the entire property with exception to the locked shed. My family had a great time playing pool & other games, and we highly recommend this home for your visit to the Crystal Springs and manatee area of Florida. Lisa was very responsive to all of our many questions. The pool was wonderful especially for the kids. Issues that came up during our stay: the house was listed as handicap accessible but the bathrooms were not wheelchair accessible so my son in law was unable to shower during our stay and my daughter had to go out and buy him a commode to use during our stay. I did mention this to Lisa and she assured us she would adjust the listing. One other issue was the refrigerator broke or maybe was already broken when we got there so we had no ice all week and could not use anything we put in the freezer after shopping. This is a very nice property in a nice neighborhood. The two inconveniences, however, did put a damper on our vacation. ##### Michelle S. We were planning on the advertised renovated game room with additional sleep space to at least have a window air conditioner, which it does not. My son has asthma so it was not conducive to him sleeping in there. That did not hinder us too much as my husband arrived later than I did so I had him bring air mattress to set up in the LR.I still highly rate this property as my communications with the owner were superb, she was easily reachable and responded immediately to any request or question I had and the home was well stocked including pool toys. ##### cheryl p. The amazing experience was never-ending! The house is beautiful, spacious and so comfortable but the retreat for me was the pool area. The backyard and pool were exactly what I needed to begin to heal. We skipped most all area attractions and activities to just stay in this wonderful oasis. The owners are as amazing as the property is and I can’t thank them enough for the hospitality and truly caring about our experience. Great Communication, Great spacious house, Great neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shopping. All the best attractions are within an hour. It is exactly as described. The fenced area was great for the dog and the kids had a lot of fun with activities in the garage. The pool is very nice but it was a little cold when we were there so we didn't get too much of a chance to enjoy it. Lisa went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed the weekend.
