« A perfect place from which to explore the city. Well-supplied, comfortable and very clean apartment. Big construction site across the street didn't bother us. Noise was typical city stuff.Check-in process was a bit elaborate, with the lock box inside a pay lot which I had a little trouble finding. But management answered my call right away and helped me out, and were very responsive throughout our stay. »

« This was a comfortable, casual, unpretentious property, in a quiet suburban area. The basic amenities were convenient and we were close enough to Hollywood, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, and not too far from downtown (as always, traffic permitting.) There is a nice back patio, a washer/dryer, and a basic kitchen. Be aware you must climb two sets of stairs to get in (if accessibility is an issue.) All in all, a great rental that we would be happy to visit again. »

« Dirty, filthy, moldy, trash, barrels, no paper towels no toilet paper no plunger. Filthy windows. Description in the ad was totally different than the experience. The area was not anything to speak about. It definitely was not cleaned prior to my arrival and as far as a turnaround to get it taken care of that didn’t happen for a couple of days of which I did it Disposal was broken. Air conditioner was broken. The AC they got fixed in one day. A total disgrace. »

« We found this listing within days before our weekend getaway. Booking and checking in were a breeze! Host gave clear instructions on how to get in to the unit. We struggled a bit finding the designated parking spot but that was mostly due to the layout of the parking structure. The apartments are very secured, you need a fob to get in all entryways/parking. The location is super convenient, close to a lot of popular locations! We definitely enjoyed our stay there! »

« We loved our stay here. It has a beautiful view and a sundeck to watch the sunset. Comfortable bed, clean kitchen and bathroom. Cute modern decor. Communication was great with the hosts. They will send very detailed directions for parking and how to get up to the condo, it can be a little intimidating but as long as you follow the directions you will find it with ease! We didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub or pool but they looked really clean. Highly recommend staying here. »

« They were great at accommodating us early, there was a little miscommunication at first arrival but they responded great. They place is new, clean and worked great for what we needed. The only thing I wish they had was wine glasses. Everything else worked great. The location is exactly what we needed and the space for living area worked great for our needs. The owner in the house in front was a doll! So sweet and Miguel hustled to accomadate our early arrival. Would rent this unit again »
