WHAT TO EXPECT

Arrival and Departure
-Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM.
-Early check-ins and Late check-outs are subject to availability.
-A Digital Guidebook is provided before arrival.
-Lock codes are provided 1-hour before check-in subject to signing the Rental Agreement.
-All interactions are virtual, but our office team and ground crew are available for assistance.

Occupancy and Pets
-The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+), children (2+), and pets. A nightly extra guest fee may apply for guests above the standard occupancy up to the maximum number of allowable guests.
-Dogs are allowed (5 max), any other types of animals require approval. All pets except for Service Animals are subject to a Pet Fee per pet.
-Dogs should not be left unattended in units if there is potential for them to bark and disturb neighbors or damage the property.
-Respectful Noise Levels: Let's keep the peace! Keep the volume down so all can enjoy their time here. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Amenities
-Your unit will be stocked with a starter set of consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee filters, etc. Additional supplies should be provided by the guest.
-Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, with beds made and fresh towels waiting for you upon arrival.
-This unit provides cable television.
-There is no AC; fans are provided.
-The main-level fireplace is wood burning. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased on our website and conveniently delivered to your rental or purchased from other local vendors. -Impress your family and friends with breakfast bundles, charcuterie boards, and other local products, also available for delivery!
-This unit has an electric grill.
-Use of a fire pit at this property is not permitted.
-No Unauthorized Fires: State and Local Laws regulate the use of fire pits, grills, other open flames, and fireworks. Only use provided grills and fireplaces; permits are required to use fire pits in NH.

Driving Access, Parking, and Entryway
-Remember this area is home to many residents and children. Please follow posted speed limits and drive carefully for the safety of our community.
-Parking is limited to 2 CARS.
-Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner's Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed.
-Access from parking to the front door requires climbing three steps.

Trash and Recycling
-You can leave trash and single-stream recycling in the unit at the end of your stay. Your rental includes disposal of your trash after your stay. Additional pickups are available for a fee.

-A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations
-Cancellation policies are followed to ensure fairness to all guests and owners. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance as exceptions cannot be made.
-Rural homes may encounter pests like bears, mice, lady beetles, and wasps. To minimize this, we ask that trash not be left outside. We actively manage these situations while prioritizing environmentally friendly methods and limiting the use of chemicals.

Amazing Views!

An amazing townhouse (MV303) with exceptional views of the mountains from the large balcony! We stayed in the middle of summer for the views and hiking experiences. Amazing decor and rooms, enough to fit a whole large family plus some! Lovely kitchen and dining table too! But the views...and location to great hiking, restaurants, and other activities. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Great location

We have stayed at multiple properties at Bretton Woods over the years and the most important elements for us are location and view. This property has them both: slope side with an amazing view of Mt Washington. We also appreciated the pet friendly policy. We didn’t plan on bringing our dogs but a last minute change in pet sitter could have been a disaster. We were able to communicate the situation with the property owners and bring the dogs along. Overall great experience.

2022 Ski Week

For years we've enjoyed a ski week at Bretton Woods. Our family, 7 adults, enjoyed the condo very much. It was extra roomy, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were great! The "ski on" was challenging as you had to climb up hill to get to the slope. The views were spectacular! We had a lovely week. P.S. You have to buy firewood.

Great location but …..

The Condo has lots of space for families, but is a bit worn and outdated, the location may not be ski and ski out due to snow cover. The amenities are good but not great, the view is however. The unit was very clean. Now that Omni is enforcing the usage of the Mt. Washington Hotel Dining and Spa as well as the elimination of Ski School programs for children and closing of Fabayans nearby restaurant there are much better places to take your family to ski, its obvious OMNI is focused on the Hotel and the mountain conditions were the worst I have seen them in the last 10 years over the holiday period. You have to weigh all of these things when you decide to rent a condo for a family ski vacation.

Multigeneration getaway

We had a lovely time staying at this gorgeous condo. We had two sets of grandparents and teen children all love the space. The views and fireplace were our favorite part. We also appreciated cable for watching hockey and the big table for playing games. The kids also enjoyed having a second space downstairs. We hope to rent this abdominal next year!

Great ski condo

Our family had a wonderful weekend at Bretton Woods. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The ski hill was easy to access and the shuttle bus was also very easy to use. We hope to be back next year.

Such a wonderful condo for a family trip. Enough bedrooms for multiple family members, a living room/game room downstairs where the kids can be entertained, great fully stocked kitchen. Can't give this condo and rental experience a high enough recommendation!!!

Just had had our annual get-away with 9 women. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view of the mountains was beautiful! And the Mt. Washington Hotel is almost across the road; a wonderful place to hang out! Bretton Woods is a wonderful place winter or summer!

Breathtaking

The view from the Townhouse was spectacular. I did not even leave the couch. The place is gorgeous and had all the amenities. I am definitely renting this beautiful home again. I look forward to enjoying the summer and fall activities in the Bretton Woods area and will be looking to stay in unit 303 :D

Condo was extremely comfortable and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.

This was a perfect condo to share with two families. It was bright and comfortable, and the view is spectacular. We were not able to figure out how to easily hike to the trail, so ended up driving to the base, which was fine.
