Ha not been cleaned prior to arrival but owner was quick to resolve and issued partial cleaning fee refund (Thanks!). Only concern is that the shower could really hurt somebody (especially kids). It does not work like it should and easily creates condition where scalding hot water seems to be the only choice. You have to set the diverter knob to just the right spot then rotate the handle 3/4 to the right and pull it toward you. Hot water comes out even if the handle is pushed in. No water should come out at all when the handle is in. Fix that and everything will be great. Nice and quiet (although there wasn’t anyone staying in the attached neighboring apartment at the time). Would stay there again. ##### William H. The snacks, sodas and fully-stocked keurig coffee station were a nice perk! Location was great, only 10 min drive to Bretton Woods. If it continues to be available for winter rental, some extra blankets and insulation as well as a coat rack would be helpful. It happened to be -11 degrees on our first night and not much warmer the second night. The little wall heater units couldn’t keep up, the floors were freezing, and each bed had only one blanket. Not reflective on the cleanliness of the property it is simply where it is located. As soon as you open your car door to get out of the car here you will meet the aggressive mosquitoes. There was a mishap in which the code I was given for the door was incorrect but when I called the host immediately answered and rectified the issue. No big deal. Nice appliances.
