Welcome to The Après Inn, your cozy retreat nestled just 15 minutes away from the slopes and trails of both Sunday River and Mt. Abram. This charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath getaway offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. After a day of adventure, unwind in the private hot tub under a starlit sky. Whether you're here for the winter wonderland or summer biking trails, this is your ideal home base for year-round mountain fun.  
  
To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

We welcome pets (maximum of 2), but kindly request that all pet owners be mindful to clean up after their furry friends. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Keurig coffee maker & French Press are provided. Bringing k-cups/coffee is recommended.

The property is equipped with an outdoor grill and a propane tank is provided. If the tank needs to be refilled or exchanged during a stay, propane can be swapped out at a local convenience store in Bethel village.

Host was welcoming and very responsive. The property was very clean and the perfect size and layout for our family. Being Christmas we brought more than we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked and even had some holiday decor, which was a nice touch. Even have dog bowls for the pups! This is perfect place for a family of skiers. It was about 15 minutes from Sunday River. The home itself is warm and has a good flow to it. Plenty of beds and places to hang out. The kids loved the hot tub after being on the slopes for the day. We will be returinig this property in the future.
