This canal-front home was newly built in 2022 to meet every need of a coastal vacationer, and it's all just two blocks from the beach and about a mile to the town center. Get out on the water in your boat or kayak, which you can moor at the private dock. And if you prefer to keep both feet on land, rest assured the home's design makes the most of its location and provides ample opportunity to experience canal life. In addition to the paved ground-floor patio, the home boasts a two-tiered deck with flawless views. Both kids and adults can choose a book off the shelf and enjoy it from the comfort of the second floor's screened porch. Or head up to the top level and bask in one of the lounge chairs - the glass railings mean nothing can obstruct the sight of the boats drifting below. The house's interior boasts an open concept and tasteful decor. If you want to prepare a homecooked meal, the kitchen is well-equipped with a center island, brand new stainless steel appliances, and various smaller tools like a waffle iron, teapot, and blender. Eat all together at the banquet-style table, grab a snack at the breakfast bar, or dine alfresco on either deck. There's plenty of room to spread out and relax between the main living area, where you'll find a 75-inch HDTV with a soundbar, and the second-level family room with a 55-inch TV. Stream your favorite show or movie on either one using the high-speed WiFi, and if you have any work to finish, there's a workstation. When it's time to turn in for the night, two bedrooms have the added perk of private balconies. Dock details: The private dock is available for both boats (no weight limit) and kayaks; however, there is no boat slip so boaters will need to use a public launch to enter the water. There is no weight limit and permits are not needed. Permits are not needed. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. The house needs some attention. The pull out sofa is broken and not a comfortable place for sitting although there is a sign that says: "Please do not open." The outdoor grill only worked on one side...problematic for our group of 10\. The floor of the middle floor screened porch fills with water after rain. We could not use it as there was no way to drain the water and we had rain several times (luckily only during the night). The kitchen was well equipped, the parking permits a nice perk and the beds were very comfortable. New appliances are great. ##### Anna S. It was brand new. The kitchen was well equipped except needed salt and pepper shakers. Would have also liked an old fashioned broom. Didn’t like having the master bedroom next to the living room/kitchen area. The large television with the sound bar was disturbing at times. Also lots of steps. We had 4 over70 seniors in our party who would have liked a house with fewer steps/. Not a problem for the younger people. My son really liked being right on the bay as he had two kayaks and went fishing and crabbing every day. House came with linens. There was an ample supply of bed linens and towels. We needed maintenance once and service was very prompt. Check in and check out was a breeze. ##### Richard and Leona L.
