Plus, new sliding glass door, all new exterior and interior doors, a renovated kitchen, and a new HVAC system too! This room in particular was also very nice. You can tell it’s showing age but nothing significant. I will say that if we had known how tight the parking spot was, we may have chosen to park in the general parking lot. The spot is very small, and barely fit our midsize sedan. The owner did a great job decorating and maintaining everything. However, the property was filthy. Whoever was the cleaning company at the time did a horrible job. There were food bits in the living room, hair in the showers, matted dust in the air conditioner, and hair on the dresser and mirror. So, to anyone looking to rent this property, I’d highly recommend it. Except for the parking space...it’s inside the garage and the garage is VERY low. We scraped the top of our truck on the ceiling. To the owner: Resort Quest clearly doesn’t do checks of the property, so you may want to consider stitching rental companies, because they very much aren’t doing your property justice. ##### R. S. Jan 25, 2023 #### Beautiful Condo starting to Show Wear and Tear We have rented this condo for 7 years and have had many good memories and wonderful times while renting it. This year we noticed that it is starting to go down hill and needs some updating. The dining room table is starting to show scratches, marks (crayons or markers?). The entertainment center glass was obviously broken and not replaced. An end table lamp was missing in the master bedroom, and the lamp shade was in the closet with no base. We had to move the lamp that connects to the light switch to the bed end table to have light to read in the bedroom. The rug under the bed was black with dirt. The lovely coffee table had smears and glass ring marks all over it. Smoke alarm kept going off due to prior tenant cooking in kitchen and staff could not reset panel. Evidentially was fixed on Tuesday. Balcony Glass sliding doors smeared and dirty obstructing the great view. Shame as this was a fantastic condo. We will rent again next year with the hope that it will be updated to its original state. ##### Karen A. The bathrooms are updated and very functional. The kitchen had everything you would need on your visit (either for quick breakfast and lunches or to cook a dinner. The living and dining space is very comfortable and the TV’s are smart TV’s so the kids will be entertained.
