Everything worked, great view and clean. That’s the good part. The bad and the ugly are the DISGUSTING BEDROOM CARPETS AND MATTRESS COVER. We laid towels on the carpet as I could not stand to walk on them! The mattress cover we did not see until we stripped the bed as instructed!Surely housekeeping would have noticed the mattress cover at the very least. I have pictures but was not able to attach them. It’s part of the Sea Colony Complex, which is outstanding. Vacasa took care of all questions and concerns quickly. It was a smooth stay! The main bathroom has an exhaust fan that comes on when the light is turned on( one switch only), and the exhaust fan in the secondary bathroom doesn't work. That’s it- and that’s not really a big deal. Sea Colony had contractors resurfacing the area under us, and that woke us at 8:00 am every day. That’s annoying but nothing can be done about that. The gyms, pools, sauna, hot tub, and tennis courts were perfect for fitness! ##### Melissa K. We usually have to make an emergency run to CVS to stock up. In addition, this condo was very nice, the kitchen was modern and both bathrooms were very elegant. The condo was in great location and had strong wifi and nice TV to connect. The furniture however were old and worn out. Two brown lazy boy chairs and very hard old mattresses made for less than enjoyable experience. Overall, good experience.
