These include new patches for the screened-in porch and sliding door, new coats of paint for light exterior sconces, new exterior side stairs, the side deck and new stairs being restained, the front door being repainted, and mattress toppers for the second and den bedroom to make the mattresses more comfortable. Unfortunately, this unit was very disappointing. Bathrooms and common areas were not clean upon check-in. The shower heads had mold.
