The house itself is gorgeous, and you can’t beat the location. We had a few minor issues upon arrival- when opening a door the entire doorknob fell off in my hand. The cabinet that hid where the trash is in the kitchen was off its hinge and wouldn’t stay closed, so the trash was always exposed to the room. My sister and I each took one shower and then there was no soap left, I asked the host if there was more somewhere and they said only a starter pack is given and any more would need to be purchased (they did say drop off more soap after explaining that we had hardly used it and it was almost empty when we arrived, but it was incredibly watery). The front door was also broken at the bottom.For the cost of the stay, I did not expect the amount of disrepair we noticed, even though each bit was kind of minor. Seeing multiple broken things made it seem like it wasn’t as high end as the price would imply. Otherwise, everything else was great! Plenty of room and a great quiet layout for the bedrooms. We got a lot of use out of the many different decks. There were 12 of us in total, with ages ranging from 3 to 73\. We had an absolutely wonderful time enjoying the beach and spending time with the family. I personally enjoyed playing fussball and shuffleboard with my grandkids. The private beach was maybe a 5-minute walk. The only issue we had was with the hot tub. We didn't realize how to turn it on until we realized the circuit breaker was off. No big deal. Grocery shopping was close by, and golf was also nearby for those interested. ##### Paul & Linda M. It was in the perfect location, and the best private beach which is not crowded. We loved watching the fireworks on the beach and the local homeowners put on a great show of their own. We also loved the corn hole on the deck and the hot tub! Highly recommend this house. The management company was amazing. ##### Susan K. Easy vacation with beds already made, towels and toiletries in the bath, laundry detergent, dishwashing products, and so much more already provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas and cart allow less packing. So much to do with shuffleboard, hot tub, pickleball and corn hole. Immediate response from host with any questions. Great sunsets from big kitchen window. Very well stocked kitchen. Great rental!!!We rented in winter and believe that missing TVs in bedroom 2 and 4 was merely a winter timing of replacement. Also, beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.Lastly, make sure you use Samsung remote to work living room TV. ##### Judith B. This house is HUGE. The bedrooms are all comfortable. There were enough bathrooms so that no one had to wait too long to shower. The dining room table comfortably sat 10 people, so we were all able to sit together for every meal. The outdoor wrap-around decks were beautiful and spacious.
