Family memories are sure to be made in this wonderful beach house . . . you'll love the comfortable and stylish furnishings, fabulous screened porch, 4 smart TVs for streaming, gas BBQ grill, outdoor shower, beach chairs, beach umbrella, kayaks for launching in community lake and bicycles for tooling around the neighborhood. Bonus: home also comes with a Bethany Beach Parking Permit! You may never use it though, as the free Bethany Beach trolley is on a loop to the downtown area from the neighborhood. In minutes, the trolley will take you to the lovely beaches, restaurants and shops of Bethany Beach. Want to venture out a bit? Visit the nearby Delaware Seashore State Park, go fishing off the Indian River Jetty or book a fishing boat charter. Nearby Ocean City, Dewey or Rehoboth Beach offers amusement parks, water parks, nightlife and more to explore! No Pets or Smoking Please. Guests pay a $165 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00.
