This lovingly maintained beach cottage is the perfect landing spot to explore the Quiet Resorts of Bethany Beach. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the beach (1.5 short blocks) and a short walk to the shops and restaurants "in-town". You'll love everything about this 4 BR, 2 1/2 BA home... there's a lovely screened porch, smart TVs for streaming, outdoor shower, plenty of parking, CAC, W/D, BBQ Grill and even a small backyard. Owners even supply a Bethany Beach parking permit! Upgraded in August 2025: New Stove/Range for dining in! New for 2026: 4 New, high quality twin mattresses and beds! No Pets or Smoking please. Guests pay a $160 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. It's a very convenient location for access to downtown Bethany Beach and to the beach. We enjoyed our stay... Comfortable, perfect for 5-8 people, kitchen had all necessary items including a large table for eating and playing games.
