This lovingly maintained beach cottage is the perfect landing spot to explore the Quiet Resorts of Bethany Beach. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the beach (1.5 short blocks) and a short walk to the shops and restaurants "in-town". You'll love everything about this 4 BR, 2 1/2 BA home... there's a lovely screened porch, smart TVs for streaming, outdoor shower, plenty of parking, CAC, W/D, BBQ Grill and even a small backyard. Owners even supply a Bethany Beach parking permit! Upgraded in August 2025: New Stove/Range for dining in! New for 2026: 4 New, high quality twin mattresses and beds! No Pets or Smoking please. Guests pay a $160 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. It's a very convenient location for access to downtown Bethany Beach and to the beach. We enjoyed our stay... Comfortable, perfect for 5-8 people, kitchen had all necessary items including a large table for eating and playing games.
