We came with a big group of families from NY and all stayed in different units. The location can’t be beat. Gorgeous views of the ocean, steps from the beach and amenities of the resort, and a short drive or walk to the downtown shopping district. Dover House is a great location on the property - ideal in our opinion! The views are better than some of the surrounding buildings and central to two pools and beach access. When we walked in the front door we were immediately impressed with the overall appearance of the condo. The unit had obviously been updated with a spacious kitchen with new appliances. The kitchen was very well equipped. The living room furniture was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable. The ocean view from both the bedroom and balcony was great and unobstructed. The bathrooms were clean. Showers were great. The condo was perfect. Probably the nicest unit we’ve stayed in since our first visit to Bethany Beach. Communication with the property manger was hassle free. Check in was easy. The unit was very nice and very clean with a great view! The hosts and property manger were great also. Our vacation's only short comings were that the mattress in the main bedroom was very "worn in", really should be replaced and the fact that there was no real entry way for daily drops of sandy towels etc and the stackable washer and dryer were very small... they were not very conducive for 4 adults with big beach towels and suits etc every day.... it was something we were just not used to in our rentals.... but it certainly did not stop us from having a wonderful week. ##### Nancy G.
