When you're not on the beach, reading a book, or enjoying a beverage on the oceanfront deck, you might be sunbathing or swimming at one of the several pools on the property, (both indoor and outdoor). Need to start off the day with a bit of exercise? Check out the tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, basketball courts, fitness classes, and even children's activities! Condo is picturesque and comfortable for 4 guests with a King in the Primary Bedroom w/private powder room and a Queen sleeper sofa with memory foam topper in the living room. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Sea Colony charges a badge fee per guest (Per person/per week, ages 4+): 09/20/25-03/31/26 - $15 4/01/26- 05/8/26: $20 5/09/26- 06/05/26: $35 6/06/26- 09/11/26: $58 9/12/26- 10/16/26: $35 10/17/26- 3/31/27: $20 Guest Badge Requirement: All renters at Sea Colony ages 4 and older are required to purchase a guest badge. Could even blame you all for excellent weather.Problem comes with the myriad of rules and regulations which are just too much. And to top that off there were vague threats that if we did not toe the line we would be hit with an abundance of monetary penalties. Not a friendly way to keep us returning. This unit was very nice with a great view and decor, and a decent price. Would definitely stay in this one again. Not a big deal but I would ask the owner to fix the air conditioner unit in the bedroom closet. When it kicks in, it makes a very loud clanking sound each time it turns on that could wake you up in the middle of the night. They may not be aware so I informed Berkshire today when we checked out.
