« J'ai été déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel à l'accueil ne prend pas la peine de vous venir en aide en cas de besoin. Il y avait une araignée dans ma chambre, quand je vais le signaler à l'accueil, ils me répondent qu'il ne peuvent rien faire et qu'à ma place il l'aurait tout simplement "tué" pour qu'on en parle plus. C'est aberrant de parler à un client de la sorte. »

Was so lovely to have a massive comfy bed, room to stretch out in, a great TV, free flow drinks in the bar and an excellent quiet breakfast buffet with fresh handmade food beautifully presented and served. Everything was clean, everyone was helpful and even though it's a little out of Tokyo centre, I enjoyed the peace of that and the east access to stations within walking distance.
