Guest Access:  
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles or 2 large ones. The hot tub on the back deck is not functional and not included with the rental.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Cabin Fevers #1 is located in the Powderhorn Village at the base of the Big Powderhorn Mountain. It is easy to go between the lifts and the home, or to go into town or on an outdoor adventure!  
  
Getting Around:  
Distance to nearby attractions/locations: Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort: less than .5 mile City of Bessemer: 4 miles Copper Peak: 7 miles SnowRiver Mountain Resort (formerly Blackjack/Indianhead): 9 miles City of Ironwood: 10 miles Black River Harbor (Lake Superior): 12 miles Little Girls Point (Lake Superior): 17 miles Porcupine Mountains State Park: 40 miles This region has so much to offer! When you make your reservation you will be given access to the house digital guidebook that provides even more recommendations!

Cabin Fevers #1 is a part of the Superior Getaways family and each reservation comes with a damage protection plan that covers any and all damage that may occur during your stay. Enjoy peace of mind on your vacation, without emptying your pockets for security deposits! We are happy to be a dog-friendly home, but all dogs must be disclosed at booking or brought to our attention before check in. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $350 fee. This home does not have central air, however, there are mini-split cooling units in the home that work great for cooling on hot days  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
Cabin Fevers Unit #1 is managed by Longhini Property Management and is a part of the Superior Getaways family. LPM is on call 24-hours during reservations and normal business hours before and after stays. LPM's contact information is located inside the home.
