Boasting a sunny quiet setting in Besozzo, this modern 2-storey holiday retreat offers a picturesque holiday base between Lake Maggiore and Lake Varese.  
  
Inside, the WiFi-enabled home offers a family-friendly interior to suite groups of 9. Perfect for year-round getaways, the home is equipped with cosy underfloor heating for wintertime stays. To the light and airy ground floor, a modern open plan living features a stylish l-shaped sofa and an HD TV, alongside a dining area for 9. Accompanying the living room is a separate fitted kitchen diner with drip coffee machine.  
  
Upstairs, a spacious en-suite family room with double king-size bed and extra single bed features alongside a double bedroom with terrace access and 2 further bedrooms, both of which are furnished with 2 sets of single beds. A contemporary family shower room and private laundry facilities promises added convenience whilst away.  
  
The family and group-friendly home also offers plenty to amuse and entertain; with a tennis table and gym featuring alongside a private outdoor pool and a large private garden with BBQ and alfresco dining space.  
  
A private parking space is also provided. Guests are placed 7-14 minutes’ walk away from the amenities of Besozzo. The popular Lake Maggiore resort towns of Ispra and Laveno-Mombello are 15-17 minutes’ drive away, whilst Lake Varese is just 10 minutes’ drive away.

The picturesque private villa is situated along ‘Via G.Pascoli’ in Besozzo, 7-14 minutes’ walk away from a local range of eateries and restaurants.  
  
Nearby Ispra (15 minutes’ drive away) offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the DK Summer Club, Active Sport Day excursions and lake swimming spots, whilst the famous UNESCO World Heritage site of ‘Hermitage di S.Caterina del Sasso’ in Reno di Leggiuno is just 17 minutes’ drive away.  
  
Guests are also 17 minutes’ drive away from Loveno-Mombello, where a selection of authentic Italian Trattorias and Pizzerias, resort shops, the Laveno-Mombello Nord Train station and the Lake Maggiore car and passenger ferry stop await.  
  
Other local Lake Maggiore highlights include Rocca di Angera castle, the Borromean Islands and the resort towns of Intra, Stresa, Arona and Pallanza.  
  
Lake Maggiore is a very family-friendly destination; with Safari and Wildlife Parks, the Lake Maggiore Adventure Park and the Ondaland high-tech water park to enjoy, alongside wind surfing, wakeboarding, sailing, diving, tennis table, horse riding, golf and Italian Alp Skiing. Lago di Varese, Lago di Comabbio and Lake Lugano are also within easy driving distance.  
  
The closest airports are Lugano and Milan Malpensa (44 minutes’ drive away). Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of April 2025 to the 15th of October 2025

#### Excellent stay in a beautiful house

We were extremely happy with the stay. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the clean rooms and beautiful idilic scenery were a dream come true. Even the next door neighbors were so welcoming and always willing to help where was needed. I strongly recommend this vacation home for families or people who want to have a true Italian experience. Thank you!

#### Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wohnzimmer, Terrasse und Garten sind gute Plätze um gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen. Küche etwas eng. Küche war bei Ankunft nicht gut gereinigt. Wenn man die Natur und Ruhe sucht, ist es nicht optimal geeignet, da die Strasse doch gut hörbar ist.
