Accessed via a secure door and a communal alleyway shared with other on-site apartments, this quiet apartment offers privacy while being conveniently close to the town’s main amenities. Internal Entrance Hallway The apartment is accessed through a communal secure door which is shared with another apartment in the building. Apartment 1 is located on the first floor. Bedroom As you enter through the door to Apartment 1, you’ll be greeted with a spacious double bedroom with a comfortable super king-sized bed, sofa, free standing bath tub, Smart TV and a desk with chair. Two internal doors lead into a kitchen and a bathroom. Kitchen The fully functioning kitchen features an oven, hob, integrated fridge and microwave. There’s also a two-seater breakfast table in the kitchen to enjoy a homecooked meal or takeaway. Bathroom The bathroom has been finished to a luxury standard which features a toilet, wash hand basin and a walk in shower. Parking: Unfortunately, there is no parking for the apartment. The closest free parking is at The Maltings and/or Quayside Car Park which are both within 5-minute walking distance. Pets: Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in Apartment 1, however, Apartment 2, which is in the same building is pet friendly. Please contact us for assistance. Special Requests: If you have any additional requests or want to discuss pricing, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will try our best to accommodate. We happily welcome working professionals that are travelling for business. There is a travel cot and highchair available on request. Please let us know before your stay if you would like it set up. Walking the walls around Berwick was wonderful, but be aware the main street through Berwick (where this property is) is becoming a bit run down and you are next to a busy road. ##### John R.
