A nossa estadia foi ótima, fomos recebidos com muito carinho pela anfitriã Sarita, ela foi muito atenciosa. O imóvel é muito bem cuidado, o condomínio conta com as infraestruturas descritas no anúncio, é ótimo para família com filhos pequenos pela proximidade da praia, ficamos muito satisfeitos. Não há sequer um defeito para apontar... O apartamento é impecável e tem tudo o que é necessário para bons dias de descanso. Foi uma experiência incrivelmente maravilhosa, com certeza ficará em nossa memória, os dias em que passamos eu e minha família e mais um casal de amigos, neste apartamento sensacional, da proprietária Sarita em Riviera. O apartamento é novo, conta com uma linda decoração, os móveis também todos bem novos e muito confortáveis, como por exemplo, o sofá, as camas, cadeiras, etc… Não tem cheiro de mofo em nenhum ambiente, nem nos guarda-roupas, muito pelo contrário, tudo muito limpo e organizado. A limpeza estava muito ok! A area gourmet com churrasqueira na sacada, foi uma atração a parte, pois como amamos churrasco, desfrutamos muito bem do espaço. O apartamento todo é muito acolhedor, nos sentimos como se estivéssemos em nossa própria casa, pelo tanto de conforto que tivemos alí. Falando da proprietária Sarita, ela, muito atenciosa e prestativa, nos tirando todas as dúvidas que surgiam. O caminho para a praia é de muito muito fácil acesso e bem pertinho, pois a poucos minutos já estávamos na areia. Tivemos toda a comodidade dos serviços de praia, com direito a guarda-sol, cadeiras e inclusive uma barraca que fez todo um diferencial para nosso total conforto na praia. O serviço de praia tb disponibilizava de água potável, fresquinha. Amamos nossa estadia no geral, foi tudo perfeito, sem defeitos. Voltaremos com certeza e faço questão em indicar a amigos próximos, de olhos fechamos, pois tenho certeza que tb se sentirão tão satisfeitos como nós nos sentimos. Muito obrigada Sarita, por nos proporcionar momentos incríveis e inesquecíveis com aquele gostinho de “já” quero mais!!!!!
