Close by is Mead, CO's Highland Lake which offers to immerse yourself in nature. Take some time to simply sit by the lake and observe the natural world around you. From colorful wildflowers to curious wildlife, its picturesque scenery is the perfect, serene backdrop for a variety of outdoor activities.

Berthoud is a charming little town with quaint shops and restaurants just a 10-minute drive away. Check out City Star Brewing for a delicious local draft and stroll through the small town with friendly people and a great atmosphere.
