Unser Haus steht an einem der schönsten Plätze in Bernau von dort man eine wunderschöne unverbaute Rundumsicht genießen kann. Darüber hinaus hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Chiemsee und die Chiemgauer Alpen. Wir liegen sehr ruhig auf einer Anhöhe über dem Ort, aber dennoch zentral von Bernau am Chiemsee. Die Geschäfte und Gasthäuser sind alle bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Sommer können sie direkt von unserem Haus aus das ausgiebige Rad- und Wanderwegenetz der Region nutzen. Darüber hinaus dürfen Sie mit Ihrer Gästekarte (erhältlich bei uns) unsere Busverbindungen kostenlos nutzen. Ein besonderer Service ist die Chiemsee Rad-/Wander-Ringbuslinie, welche Sie ebenfalls unentgeltlich benutzen dürfen. Weitere Vergünstigungen erhalten Sie je nach Saison und auf Anfrage bei uns. Erleben Sie unseren Chiemgauer Winter mit all seinen Facetten. Neben Winterwanderwegen und Weihnachtsmärkten (z.B. Adventsmarkt auf der Fraueninsel) liegen wir als zentraler Ausgangspunkt zu den großen alpinen Skizentren wie Ski amadé, Kitzbühel, Reit im Winkl, Kössen, St. Johann, Hohe Salve. Für die Freunde des nordischen Sports erwarten Sie unsere Langlaufloipen im Ort (ca. 40 km) oder die nahelgelegen Spuren im Priental sowie im benachbarten Kaiserwinkl.   
 Genießen sie ihren Urlaub in unserer neuen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Am Morgen können sie auf dem 4m² großen Ostbalkon ihren ersten Kaffee mit Blick auf den Chiemsee und den Ort Bernau trinken. Auch der 18m² große Südbalkon mit gemütlichen Gartenmöbeln läd zum sonnenbaden ein. Sogar während des Duschens in dem großen exklusiven Bad können sie ihren Blick über Bernau schweifen lassen. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und chic eingerichtet. Hier steht ihnen eine Klappcouch mit einer Liegefläche von 160x200cm für eine 3\. Person zur Verfügung. Die funktionelle, moderne Küche ist mit allen Extras ausgestattet. Dort rundet ein kleiner Tresen mit 2 Barhockern das Ambiente der wundervollen Ferienwohnung ab.
