This two bedroom townhouse offers the ultimate in luxury accommodation within walking distance (750m) to Fishermen's Wharf with its fresh seafood co-op, cafes, restaurants and renowned gelati clinic. Stroll across the road for a walk in the parklands and to enjoy a leisurely swim or fish in the pristine waters of the Bermagui River (300m from your front door). Main beach at Horseshoe Bay is only 1.3km away and after a refreshing swim you'll be ready to hop across the road and enjoy lunch at the recently refurbished Bermagui Hotel. There are six units in the modern private complex which also has a good sized communal salt water pool. Over two levels this inviting and well- appointed property boasts balconies on both levels that overlook the pool and your small private backyard. With a northerly aspect you'll enjoy cooling breezes in summer and sun drenched rooms in winter. What are you waiting for? Bedroom Details: Bedroom 1- Downstairs - Queen size bed, electric blanket, bedside tables and reading lights, built-in robes.
