Well-appointed, all extras we needed were on hand. Good AC. Lower bedroom not quite as updated as rest of house. Had to wipe surfaces upon arrival, not dirty but definitely didn't feel that a very thorough cleaning was completed. Code provided for lock box was incorrect. Reached an agent after about 20 mins on hold, not ideal as it was after a long drive, it was dark and mosquito-y. Had only warm water for first three days, Vacasa did send a plumber out to fix once we made them aware that there was no hot water. Overall this is a very nice property and it met our needs. All other websites, like car rentals, Hotels and other rental website were very accommodating and helped us by cancelling our reservations or allowing us to change it to future dates even when we had reservations with no cancelation policy because they knew that it was a medical emergency. That is how it should be. Vacasa just kept our money knowing that we could not go because of a family emergency. I don't think that this is the way they should treat renters. ##### Giuliano M.
