Séjour de 6 nuits en mars 2020 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### pascal K. 5 janv. 2019 #### appartement trés propre calme et bien amenagé , trés bien pour 2 personnes en période hivernale c'est un appartement au rez de chaussée dont la chambre donne sur la rue ce qui est , à priori , inquiétant pour ce qui est de la tranquillité . Mais nous n'avons pas jamais été réveillé par quelque bruit que ce soit , la rue étant très peu passante . Par contre l'été la situation est peut être différente car alors se pose le problème de laisser la fenêtre ouverte ...qui donne directement sur le trottoir ...La cuisine est en fait un long et large couloir , très bien aménagé et on ne manque d'aucun ustensile , à 2 c'est très bien mais il ne faut pas être plus . La salle de bain-toilettes est moderne et fonctionnelle . Bref on voit que les propriétaires ont fait tout ce qui était possible pour rendre le séjour d'un couple le plus agréable possible .Quand au quartier ce n'est pas le plus intéressant de Berlin à fréquenter ( quoi que , en été , il doit y avoir de belles ballades à faire ) si on vient à Berlin pour la première fois . La gare centrale est directement accessible en bus . Et une fois que l'on a compris le fonctionnement des lignes du réseau urbain il est possible de se balader dans n’importe lequel des quartiers à n’importe quelle heure du jour ( nuit à 16h à noël !) et de la nuit . Bref on peut trouver mieux et moins cher mais c'est quand même un très bon plan ! ##### pascal K. Für uns war eine gute Anbindung zum ÖPNV wichtig. Die ist gegeben, der Bus fährt direkt ums Eck ab, U-Bahn zu Fuß gut erreichbar. In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden um Frühstück und einfache Gerichte zuzubereiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel sind auch in der Nähe. Das Bett war sehr bequem :) ##### Mike K. The owner was very welcoming, responded promptly to any messages I sent prior to our arrival. The apartment was immaculate, with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The 123 bus was a short walk away and this took us the the main station where we could access anywhere we wanted to go as well as catching the bus to the airport. I suggest if you are staying a week, to purchase a 7 day pass and this saves having to purchase separate tickets daily.
