It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: Park 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 vehicle in the guest's and tenant's parking areas. I found this beautiful place and VRBO and, boy, were we pleasantly surprised with how lovely the house is! I mean, I knew from the photos that it’ll be beautiful. But photos did not do it justice. We all loved the open space in the living area. The bedrooms were very spacious. The whole house was so clean! The instructions were great and when I texted 2 questions, they were answered so quickly. Ideal location for the beach, dining and shopping. The neighborhood is still being developed, so during the day there is construction going on. The house was very clean and accommodating nonetheless. There was a little difficult accessing the home upon arrival, door code was not operating correctly. Customer service was able to provide a solution and mentioned that they would let the Property Manager know as well. any issues, concerns or damages where communicated to customer service promptly, and they were very efficient in their responses.
